Established in 1993, Quality Forging Co., Ltd. is one of China's leading manufacturers of high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and nickel alloy forgings for automotive, off-highway construction, agriculture, material handling, and other industries. Our production lines of modern equipment, including 2500T/3500T die forging presses, hydraulic hammers, and CNC ring rollers, have the annual capability of manufacturing forgings up to 20,000 tons. The major processes we utilize are open die forging, closed die forging, and seamless rolled ring forging. We are able to produce forgings up to 30,000 lbs and roll rings up to 196" OD and 13,200 lbs for all grades of carbon steels, alloy and stainless steels. We also have the equipment to heat treat and machine forged parts according to the specifications of our customers. Besides, our in-house testing center, equipped with defect detectors, microstructure and chemical composition analyzers, hardness testers, and tensile strength testers, guarantees the consistent quality of our forgings.
